convenient stay near st peter's square

clean roomfriendly staffexcellent locationautomatic heating
i found the room clean and well-equipped for a short stay. the bar area was lovely and the staff seemed friendly. the location was excellent, right by st peter's square (so easy to get around!). i'd happily consider staying here again if i return.
i found the absence of automatic heating in the rooms inconvenient. i had to actively adjust the display to initiate heating, which wasn't immediately obvious and made the first night a bit chilly.
Dining
9/10
the breakfast included fresh bread and nice marmalades. the coffee tasted good. the absence of a hot food option was slightly disappointing (but the rest made up for it).

central locationiron absenceflooding bathroom
The location was central, providing easy access to various points of interest.
There was no iron available in my room. None were available on demand. I needed to iron shirts for meetings, and this basic requirement was not met. I had to resort to ironing my shirt in the reception area one morning. It was certainly not ideal. The bathroom floor flooded during showers.

The bar lounge area WAS decent.
I encountered A significant issue with noise. I could hear the shower and toilet running from adjacent rooms. This disruption made it difficult to rest properly. The breakfast options also seemed limited given the price. I did not find great VALUE.

convenient locationdelicious croissantslovely showersmall room
i found the location convenient. the motel is near the trams and buses. not far from victoria station. the breakfast included freshly baked croissants and a selection of charcuterie. the shower room was lovely too.
the room i stayed in felt quite small. i also found the absence of an iron inconvenient, as i needed one (perhaps i should have requested one).
Dining
9/10
the breakfast area featured multiple stations with croissants, fruit, eggs, cheese, cereals, greek yogurt, coffee, tea, tomatoes, and cucumbers. the charcuterie selection offered a varied assortment of meats and cheeses that were available all morning. there were no shortages.
